How long will my order take to arrive?

What happens if my item is faulty?

If you have recieved an item that you believe is faulty please email clear photos to bossthetics.house@gmail.com with details of the order and the email address assosiated with the order.

Your item will be refunded or replaced if the item is found to be faulty.

What is your returns policy?

We only offer returns on items that are faulty. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
